Lee has extensive application know-how across the range of Siemens PLM Products and third party interfaces. He has nearly 25 years experience implementing and supporting PLM systems and has undertaken lead technical roles at BAE Systems MA&I, BAE Underwater Weapons and Perkins Engines.
In recent years, Lee has been heavily involved in the Eurofighter Typhoon PLM Program at BAE System MA&I, providing technical leadership in various areas during the initial roll out and development of the PLM toolset. Most notably was the development of a full aircraft visualisation capability.
Lee defined and implemented the Change Management solution and associated workflow/ security model/ organisation structures within the solution delivered to Perkins Engines and based on Teamcenter Unified. In addition, he delivered ITK loaders used to transfer data to the Caterpillar Unified solution.
Lee was also heavily involved in the definition and implementation of Teamcenter to Oracle data warehouse (data extracted from TC via Oracle), a project on which he gathered an extensive knowledge of underlying data model.

Brian specialises in solution architecture and lead technical design. He has over 20 years experience providing PLM consultancy and taking senior roles within implementation programs across Thales UK, MoD DLO, Roll-Royce and BAE Systems, amongst others.
Brian has led several technical deployment teams delivering 500 user+ PLM systems based upon Teamcenter and PTC Windchill product sets. In addition Brian has also performed several key project and account management roles.
Most recently Brian has led technical teams delivering the corporate PLM solution to Thales organisations within the UK. This work has led to InfoState being selected as a preferred supplier of PLM services to Thales globally.
Mark is a consultant with over 12 years experience supporting, developing and administering PLM systems. He has undertaken consultancy roles at BAE Systems Submarines, PZ Cussons, Thales UK and Jaguar Land Rover.
Mark specialises in Teamcenter development and data migration having carried out a substantial number of complex migration activities for several clients. Mark also has extensive experience of building product awareness within deployment teams and with end users.

At any given point in time Jo has access to a highly skilled pool of sub contract businesses which in turn employ talented resource. In the main these businesses have worked with Infostate for a considerable period of time and have become trusted partners.
Jo also works with a number of self employed individuals whom contract back their specialist skills to their employers post retirement. Infostate has the necessary processes in place to make these engagements seamless whereby the individuals concerned do not need to set up a limited company and the ednd user businesses maintain swift access to specialist skills as required.
In addition Jo takes lead responsibility for all internal compliance and legal matters including IR35.
