We are a grown up company and our consultants nominally work from home, entrusted with managing their own time in order to best compliment our customer requirements. The majority of a working week is spent on client sites and that means that there will always be a requirement to travel or live away from home during the week.

Due to the diverse locations of our many projects, getting the team together is key to company unity. Our company summer BBQ affords us the opportunity to meet as a team with our families, share ideas and celebrate our success. It's always a fun day and a valuable way to consolidate working relationships and develop some great friendships.

We always treat the team at Christmas and we have enjoyed luxury overnight stays both within the UK and overseas......partners come along too but we leave the kids at home for this one!

What skills are we looking for?

We have vacancies for Solution Architects, Technical Authors and Project Managers. We would like to hear from anyone with a background in PLM with particular emphasis on Teamcenter and Windchill.

We are always looking for Engineering graduates with knowledge of Databases (Oracle or Microsoft SQL) Programming languages (Java, C ++) and PLM tools and applications.

Perhaps more important than academic and technical background, will be your people skills. We are looking to engage talented individuals’ whom have the ability to listen, understand and interpret technical information and whom are able to interface with users and influence acceptance. In addition, as the majority of our work is carried out on customer sites, you will need to be a self motivated, creative thinker, whom is not afraid to ask questions of those around them.

Training

We are a small business made up of highly skilled people and as such you can expect hands on, on the job training and mentoring by some of the most highly skilled and knowledgeable consultants within our specialist field.
